We reached out to Garrett a few months ago and mentioned the idea of possibly buying a second home in Arizona. He knew we weren\'t 100% set on the idea however he continually checked in on us to see where our heads were at and if we had any questions he could answer. Garrett drove way out of his way to visit several homes for us, although we couldn\'t be there in person, and gave us his honest opinion on everything. It didn\'t take long before we found our dream vacation home and with Garrett's help and thoroughness, we made an offer sight unseen. This likely wouldn't have happened had we not trusted our realtor. They ended up accepting our offer and with Garrett's help and open communication along the way, it was a very smooth process.
